The School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University is very keen to offer SINGA scholarship (http://www3.ntu.edu.sg/singa/) to candidates from the non-traditional countries for the August 2011 intake. Please note that for this call for application, only candidates who are nationals from the Western Europe, Eastern Europe, North America, South America, Korea and Japan would be considered.
